Please tell me what you guys are doing as I think the whole market is gonna collapse in the next 5 years.

There was a discussion in the "sell sell sell thread" in the spring of 2009 about how to buy physical gold. You might want to look that up. Just an opinion, but gold is pretty high right now. Might go higher but the bloom is off the rose.

I concur with your sentiment that the market (well the US market) is going to totally collapse. It clearly has/is being engineered to do so by the powers that be. The US dollar could drop like a rock at any moment now.

I really envision Silver breaking out rather spectacularly. Gold should fare nicely as well in the upcoming years but there is just much more upside with silver. Once the paper currencies of the world start to crumble silver will regain its status as a monetary metal as well as an industrial metal. The supply/demand with silver sets up very well. There is belief there is more gold than silver nowadays above ground. The manipulation of the metals market is just starting to come out now and the price is starting to move but imo it has a loooong way to go.

Safest play is to purchase physical bullion. Bars/coins are relatively easy to get. A little riskier proposition but more bang for you buck could be in the junior silver stocks. Quite a task though to navigate through all the nonsense in the penny stock arena. Perhaps a stock like Silver Wheaton is the best way to go to capitalize on a breakout of silver. Personally I'd stay away from the ETF's, pretty clear they don't have the physical silver to back all the contracts.

Buy Physical Silver; too many paper shorts; setting up for situation where silver consumption high if economy good; and if currencies falter; paper silver will be like paper currencies;..>>but physical silver will be worth more in both situations..jmho''I love silver bullion; feel 50-60/oz is within 2 years; 200-400 within 5.
